Positive: Great hidden away property, it felt amazing to be in the forest with soft mist rain and a hot fireplace on the go each night. We spent a few days here to celebrate my mom's 70th and explore the walks in the area. The deck is just breathtaking to site on and be within the forest with all the noised around you. We had some good wildlife experience, with some wallabies, parrots and bush turkeys.
Negative: Key collection via lockbox needs the house rules to be updated to state lockbox is located in "carport" not shed. House rules states rubbish needs to be disposed on in correct bins, but we had no bins to dispose of the rubbish into.

Positive: The cottage was very clean. A fully equiped kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable bedding. Lovely fireplace. Extra Heaters for bedrooms. Very private and peaceful.
Negative: The lettting agent could have been clearer with checkin instructions. So a few pointers... Keys are located in a lockbox found on a pole in the carport NOT in a letterbox in the shed. The driveway to the house is very tight on last bend, due to trees, we have a Ford Ranger and just made it through. Fire Wood supplied only for 1 night. $20 per kilo for extra wood if you need. Need to remove rubbish and used toilet paper as you cannot flush, which wasnt a deal breaker but would have been nice to know on booking.

Positive: Beautifully decorated cabin surrounded by forest. Very comfortable beds, clean and lovely furnishings. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loved the design of the cabin.

Positive: The location was beautiful. The cabin is wonderful - loved the layout and design.
Negative: Just two things stood out: 1. The driveway was almost impossible to drive through to the house with a few massive trees so tightly flanking the driveway - we had to have someone guide the driver through from the outside. So close to scratching the car every time we exited or returned the property. And we have a medium sized car. 2. We would have liked to know before we booked the property that we aren’t allowed to flush toilet paper and had to put it all in a little temporary bin next to the toilet - that was a bit yucky having to drive soiled toilet paper in a bag to the local dump, and would have appreciated the heads up.
